WHAT: TALBOTT ALUMNI LABOR DAY MIRAMAR BEACH TRIP 2022

WHEN:  September 1st through September 5th 

Check-in is at 4 pm on Thursday September 1st.  Check-out 10 am on Monday September 5th.

WHERE:  The Inn at Crystal Beach, 2996 Scenic Hwy 98, Destin, FL 32541 (directions)

COST:  $240.  This can be paid in 2 parts.  $120 down payment to secure you spot on the trip.  The second half is due within 30 days.  Please be mindful of this.  Please head to the alumni-only private area to pay (alumni account needed).

INCLUDES:  5 days, 4 nights.  Double occupancy beds.  Rooms with beds for 30 people.  Community meal one night.  2 camp fire meetings.  Fun times!!

 

HOW MANY:  30 slots of shared beds.  First come, first serve basis.  If there is a person you would like to room with that has signed up, please let us know in advance so we can make the arrangements.  If you choose not to, then people will be paired up to share rooms.  Payment due 1 week after sign up to reserve your slot.

SIGN UP:  June 1st.  A link to the sign-up sheet is on the website's alumni-only private area (alumni account needed).

​

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Clean up rooms/kitchens of food/trash on September 5th by 9:30 am for checkout at 10 am.

2. Meals at your discretion.  There will be times organized to go out to dinners.

3. Purchase your own food and drinks for the rooms.

4. BRING SUNSCREEN!!!

5. Have a great time reconnecting and bonding with fellow alumni!!!
